Bell housing should match up, only issues will be the electrical connectos might be different shape, if so you can use the connector tool or a small pick and remove the lock, put old connectors on, just figure out the clock positions on the wires, other thing might be the valve bodies might cause the shifter to not align on the right spot...check the shift levers and see if the look the same!
