how do you hook up and aftermarket tach to a1993 silverado, where does it hook up to, the truck is a v8 350, i need a little dircetion. thank you

On the Tach leads hook up the one that says Tach could be colored green on the negative side of the coil the rest follow the instructions for the lights

where does the green wire hook up to on the coil at? also i dont have any instuctions for this we pulled it out of a car at the scrap yard.
