I recently was having transmission problems and in the process of dropping it I had to remove the front driveshaft. I removed the bolts and straps from the differential flange and the bolts from the transfer case, but I can't get the rear half of the driveshaft to push forward enough to separate it from the transfer case flange. I have some separation, but when I work my way to the other side it just tightens back up on the other side. Do you have any reccomendations to get the driveshaft forward off of the transfer case?[/quote]
