My cruise control will work once then not again in the last week. I recently replaced the turn signal switch in column did I loosen something

Check fuses first, but if it was working before repair, and not working after, then you most likely forgot to connect something, or possibly installed the wrong turn signal switch.

Remove and re-install the switch, compare new switch with old one to make sure they are the same.
