1989 Chevy Silverado Oil Pan

My 1989 Chevy Pickup oil pan has rusted out and is leaking. Is replacing the oil pan my only option?
Is there a sealer avaible that would seal up the small pin holes in the oil pan?

You will need to replace the pan. It will come right out of the truck if you remove the inspection cover off the trans. I suggest an OE pan, the cheap aftermarket ones tend to leak
