s10 no power

i am working on a 1995 s10 with a 2.2 ,standard shift, 2 wheel drive, with 116 .000 miles .i have no power in it at all .with pedal to floor goes 3 miles a hour and make a racket of noises,i thought it was the timing belt but i checked it it fine ,i did a compresson check ,i have 120 on 1 st cylinder ,150 on rest ,figured i dropped a valve ,so pulled head no problem there ,any ideas i am puzzled
