I have a 2000 chevy s10, 4 cyl, 83000 miles. Last night, we changed the battery and alternator, both of which were bad. When I went to drive it this morning, the AC doesn't work. What did we do, and how do we fix it? As far as we can tell, everything got put back together and hooked up properly, but maybe we missed something? Thanks so much.

check the routing of the belt and tension. Check the connection to the a/c compressor to see if its connected all the way. There should be a belt routing diagram under the hood to tell you how the belt goes on.
