2003 Chevy S-10 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I was wondering why when I adjust my steering wheel, I have to have the steering wheel at a certain spot in order for my lights to turn on. The lights are also flashing when I am driving. Is there anything you can suggest it may be? Thanks

It's possible that there is a wiring issue on the steering column with the high beam switch. The wiring going to that switch can be shorting out when you move the steering wheel. You'll have to remove the colummn covers and inspect the wiring.
