2001 Chevy S-10 Condensate Drain Line

It exits through the firewall down low on the passenger side. Once you locate it you can try cleaning it with a coathanger but compressed air would work better. Just don't be too rough with the coathanger. The evaporator is only aluminum.

I think I found it, but it's impossible to get a hand on it. It's hex Shaped (13mm), about an inch long, Black plastic. appears to screw on/off, a bit like the old drain valve on a 57 Chevy radiator, minus the wings. It's directly behind the passenger side head and exhaust maifold......can barely get a wrench on it.
I have to assume what I'm almost seeing is the port. I tried an air hose, but at an angle...it's impossible to get a good leak-proof connection. I suppose a real Mechanic probably has a specialized tool to do this job.....looks like I need to find him. :)

I don't know what your looking at but there are no wrenches involve in the drain. It's just a plastic pipe that protrudes through the firewall. It might have a rubber downspout pushed on to it. It will be a lot lower than the head. It's at the lowest point of the A/C housing.

Well, what I'm seeing is on the bottom edge of the housing, within 1 inch of the far edge of the housing. (behind the head/manifold area) I've searched, with a mirror, the entire bottom edge of the housing, except for the area that extends over the wheel-well. All I found were two vertical 1/4 holes, one next to the 'odd' hex thing that sticks out about an inch horizontally, and another close to the point where the housing (the part that sticks out about a foot from the firewall) splits in two.
I guess I must be missing something....or GM ran out of black pipes when they put this thing together.....I sure can't find one :)
I don't suppose there are any pictures posted anywhere? Like something out of a Chilton's Manual.

Look under the dash on the passenger side. Look at the bottom of the housing. If you look at the shape of the housing, you will see the spot where it funnels down into a small pipe. That is the point where it passes through the firewall.
