I have recently replaced the orifice tube(small filter) 3 bucks. I then put more 134A into the system10 bucks. After finding out that I needed to put a vacuum on the system I drained the 134A and had a local mechanic put a vacuum on on the system (25 bucks) we let it sit for about an hour after to be sure of no leaks, witch were none. I then recharged the system with twelve ounces of 134A refrigerant as specified on the truck. The gauge I used was maxed out in the red like 90 psi. My compressor cycles, and the system will take and hold a charge. My hands are up in the air on this one and I'm kind of frustrated with this please help.

if your gauge was hooked up to the wrong side of the system 90 woldn't be anything to worry about. you may have a blockage, take it to a pro and let him fix it.
