2000 Chevy S-10 Engine oil pressure and noise problems

when first started the engine sounds fine and the oil pressure is good. After the engine reaches operating temperature a clicking noise develops at the front of the engine towards the bottom. There is also a lose of oil pressure. The oil pressure increases with the RPM's and around 3200 RPM's the noise goes away

Get the oil pressure check could mean an oil pump or engine bearings problem
