1999 Chevy S-10 rear universal

1999 Chevy S-10

The rear universal keeps falling out of my S10. The straps are tight, but this is twice the universal has falling out. We repaced the universal twice. Any Idea why this continues to happen? Worn Yoke?

i would suspect the yoke is worn or you are getting the wrong universal joint from the auto part store.

try replacing the straps and checking the yoke for wear or damage.
