what will throw this engine code in a 1999 chevy s-10 xtreme 2 wheel drive 5 spd code is PO 137 its reading this message on my actron scan tool 02s ckt low volts 1 2

there are 2 O2/s in your carone before th converter and one after. the one after is the one screwing up so check and see if it's one any good and not damaged or a wire broken. Or if it is getting good voltage........ it's probably bad though.
