1999 Chevy S-10 Chevy S10 Drivers rear tire won't turn forw

I have a 5spd 1999 Chevy S10 with 2WD. I got stuck in the snow, and had trouble getting out. This morning I tried again. My passenger side rear tire spins to go forward, but the drivers side rear tire will not. If I put it in reverse, both tires move. I know if the drivers side tire moved I would be able to get out of the parking lot. Any idea what this could be?

without posi traction, one wheel will spin forward and the other tire wil just sit there. When going back sometimes they will both turn.
