The engine doesn't run right, when I try to accelerate the engine bogs down, and I have to let off the gas, and apply a little pressure, until it takes off. It done the same thing before, and finally quit. I had it towed to our local garage, and he replaced the fuel filter, and said it was completely stopped up, and caused my fuel pump to burn up. He replaced both the filter, and fuel pump, and it ran okay for awhile and now it's doing it again. The engine light came on, so I checked the oil and it still looks new, and the same with the transmission fluid, but my radiator was a little over 3/4 of a gallon low. I had the 100,000 mile tune up done at our local chevy dealer. I suspect the fuel injectors are bad, if so can they be cleaned without the expense of replacing them? What do you think is causing my problem?

Have the computer scanned for code/s-you have a problem within the engine management system that caused the CEL to turn on-This is your starting point of diagnosis, finding out what's going on.
