When I'm shifting into 3rd gear, the truck has a very obvious vibration. I feel the same vibration when I'm in 5th gear and going past 60 mph.

I understand the truck is older (mileage) but is there anything I could check in the meantime to maybe avoid having to buy another vehicle?

I've been real pleased with my chevy s-10 and do not want to get a new vehicle - let alone the monthly payments, so I'm trying to see if it would be cost efficient to make minor repairs versus a new purchase.

Any help would be appreciated.

thanks!
