Electrical problem
1998 Chevy S-10
Key on and radio playing, shut off engine but radio continues playing untill the passenger door opens then radio shuts off...good. The drivers door does not shut the radio off, why, where should I look and what should I look for.

The interior light does not work when the drivers door is open. I tried to remove the interior door panel but got stuck at the interior door handle. You mentioned 'switch', where would this be located and is it repairable or replaceable?
