I hit a bump, since then truck willl not start. Replaced Crank Shaft sensor, had Ingition Modular tested. that comes back good. All fuses are good. Still won't start. I have 1/2 tank of gas and yet the gas gauge registers "E". What else should I look for? HELP! This is my only means of transportation.

Welcome to the forum. If your saying it cranks good but won't start, did you visually check for spark at the plugs? You can pull a plug wire, stick known good plug in the boot, ground metal part of plug to metal part of engine, look for a spark, engine cranking. Use a gage and check fuel pressure. Some of the national brand autostores used to loan out a fuel pressure gage.
