turn key on will shift without foot on brake no turn signals, no ck engine light, seatbelt,airbag, safety lights,ect.. cranks does not start has spark batt good also obd2 reads err

Sounds like an ignition switch.Use a test light to see if there is any power to the fuses for the accessories at the fuse block. Check every fuse in the vehicle, underhood and underdash

tried new ignition switch did not work . did you mean ignition assembly? had juice to fuses . thank you

Yes, I meant the electric part of the switch, not the tumbler.Sounds like the VCM isnt turning on. There are several fuses and the ignition that power the VCM (vehicle control module). Check for power at pin 16(pink wire) on the VCM to se if it has power with key on.That feed comes from the ECM/IGN fuse

Did you try the electrical part of the switch? or was it the key tumbler?

rechecked fuses no.s 4,5,10,16,20,& 23 did not work with key on did not find #16 pink wire. will try looking again. it was tumbler, will try electrial thank you.
