1996 s10 p0122 p1122 p1121 p1123 Im a mechanic i have pulled codes suspected tps replaced tps still have intermitent problem. when i tested the first time i had 5 v at tps ground at tps and .45v on data stream when it acts up voltage on scan tool jumps down to .003? help!!!!!!!!!!

At this point I would suspect wiring issue
check the TPS connector and check the VCM connector too
and if wiring good TPS was replaced and good
VCM need to be replaced and programmed
go for the wiring check check check !!!!
pull and twist wiring harness as you are watching the TPS volts
