1996 Chevy S-10 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

my truck has spilt two coils on the top. then the fire jumps to the neg. post of the coil what could wrong for that to happen?

old coils. if its one you replaced your torquing them wrong or your using cheap parts. all heat shields in place?
