1995 Chevy S-10 what a part is called

I have a 1995 Chevy S10. I had an accident and mashed up the front end. I have ordered replacement parts, bumper, grill, bumper ends, licenses plate bracket, lower splash guard, etc. However, there is a plastic piece that goes between the top of the bumper and the bottom of the grill from end to end. It has two long slots for the fog lights and three other holes in the middle to let air in to the radiator. Do you happen to know what the part # is for this piece and what is it called. Thanks
