Please advise me if replacing the Subject Bolts, nuts and rubber bushings is a difficult task and what would be the estimated cost of the parts.

Getting the bolt off is the challenge. Soak with WD40 then loosen. If nogo you can hacksaw into.
When tightening up squezze the rubber to just slightly past the washer and no more.
