1995 Chevy S-10 Dissable srs system?

1995 Chevy S-10 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

How do i dissable the srs system to be able to remove the steering wheel so i can replace the lock cyclinder?

first disconnect the batt ground
next remove the fuse for srs . replace fuse before hooking batt back up..
