1995 Chevy S-10 back firing on deaccelerating

new EGR valve, it was bad had a 32 code, had a fuel code replaced fuel pump relay, it was bad. PVC, Plugs and wires, fuel filter. checked all vac hose. test drove and had lights on dash and speedo go crazy. still have back fire in muffler. maybe ECM?

Hi there,

Often a backfire on over run is a sign of a vacuum leak or a lean mixture, i would eliminate these first.
