The knob to turn on the wipers is very loose, and if the fuse is in, the wipers are constantly on on the slowest setting. I can adjust it faster, but cannot turn them off if the fuse is in place. Everything else on the blinker arm works, I am wondering if I need to replace the whole arm, or there is some part inside that can be replaced.
