The left turn signal works, the Hazard lights all work correctly. However, when turning on the Right turn signal (directional), the light blinks 1-2 times, then the fuse blows.
I have changed the flasher unit, to no avail.

Since the Hazards work, is the turn signal switch the most likely culprit?

not an easy job but start at the light socket trace the wire along the frame and find where it rubbed through

whats happening is its shorting out every time it draws juice

In your opinion, is it better to start at the front or the rear of the vehicle?
