During the summer, driving uphills the truck tends to overheat. With a very light load ( 1 sheet of plywood), going uphill, tempature gauge will climb to about 240. When I stop and turn off the engine, you can hear the coolant bubbling. There's no leacks of any fluid anywhere. Thermostat was replaced about 4 years ago.Suggestions as to causes?

Welcome to the forum, radiator fan run ok, clutch operated? Check coolant flow through the radiator. Radiator cap issue. iF IT gets too hot, it will pop the radiator cap and overflow will fill-up, where applicable. I can't rule out the thermostat. Are you losng coolant?
