93 s10 bllazer 4 door had no start condition- found bare wire to fuel injector harness, grounded to intake manifold. fixed that now it starts but acts like fuel line is being pinched off and then let off. it surges at anything above idle, can not get it to drive above 25 mph. Can this be a fuel regulation problem? have checked fuel pressure @ 62psi CMFI ohms resitance is .22
