Electrical problem
1991 Chevy S-10 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive 155.52 miles
my washer pump works sometimes,i checked for power at the pump both with a test light and a volt meter test light lights and volt meter jumps between 11.5 and 6.5 volts when i turn the switch on.if i put 12v to the pump it works.
