1991 Chevy S-10 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

The instrument panel lights went out as I was driving and the dome light came on dimly at the same time. Now the under dash courtesy lights do not come on at all. Bulbs are all new and tested as good.

Check the courtesy fuse in the fuse box. Also, use a voltage tester on the fuse circuit, check for voltage.
