1990 Chevy S-10 passenger side noise

Well if it is your CV Axle then if that is the culpret then when it brakes it will cause damage to the underside of the vehicle and possible the engine itself. The CV Axles are the drive axles for your 4 wheel drive. Can you describe the Noise? Is it a Clicking sound? If so it most likely is the CV Axle.
If it is a grinding roaring metal on metal sound then it could be the wheel bearing or the brakes.

it is like a thumping sound loud i can hear it in my car. goin around turns it is bad. it is like a "dunk,dunk,dunk" noise could it be my ball joints? knuckles?

Could possibly....

To check raise the vehicles front wheel off the ground.... then grab passenger wheel and move up and down. Then do same on drivers side and compare.

You could also remove the wheels and do the same and look at the ball joints and see if the move excessively.

Well my cuzin did that and it was lose. and there is no griding noises or anything. So would u be able to tell me what part i should get? oh.. and my 4wd does not work so, and someone told me that it wasnt nessesary to have the CV joint on there is that true..

oh another question. about the raditior over heating problem. could it be that i blew the raditor cap or something?

You will need the Upper and Lower Ball Joints. I believe they are bolt on so you shouldn't need any special tools. You will need to beat the old one out. And I would recommend replacing both sides.

If you don't plan on using the 4wd then as long as you remove the front Drive Shaft along with the CV Axles you will be fine.

Have you tried replacing the radiator cap? If the cap was bad it would boil over. from your description it doesn't sound like it is boiling over.
