Had problem with windshield wipers coming on intermitantly when using turn signals and replaced the turn signal lever with new one. (No cruise control). The problem continued. Now when I turn the windhield wipers (or washer) on, all I get is a "buzzing" sound and wipers will not come on. Wipers no longer come on with turn signals either. What part will I need to replace?
