Mine did the same thing, try unplugging the battery, unplugging the mass airflow sensor, taking it out, and cleaning the metal part with an electrical cleaner, letting it dry, then put it all back in reverse order. That helped me, but of course it could be something else, but this is a cheap way to see if the MAF sensor is dirty.
