how do i remove the rear spark plugs on a 2002 chevy venture 3.4 liter van please help me

You will need to rotate the engine to service the rear plugs. You also may need to remove the wiper module cover.
To rotate the engine, you will need to remove both left and right engine mount strut brackets. THere should be a second hole in one of the mounts to rotate the engine and insert the bolt to hold. You will need to place the van in neutral to rotate.
