Sliding door won't open

So it feels like the door is locked? Might need to get a locksmith to repair the lock, and get you on your way.

thanks, I took off the plate on the inside of the door (around the lever). It was not letting the button up all the way. Simple fix...but it worked! Not to mention that there was no fee from a smith. :D
