Right turns

When turning right through the steering wheel I feel like something drops, or becomes dislodged. I have a 2004 Impala, could this be struts already :?:

The steering interm. shaft needs to be lubed see bulletin 01-02-32-001g or contact ur local dealer. lubing the shaft will take care of the noise (requires special lube kit.)
