oil in my exhaust and smoke

All of that oil may have damaged a piston, or you could have a cracked ring.Oil could also be getting past you valve seals and into the cylinder, but you probably would have noticed the smoking before the overfill,if this was the culprit. It would have been smoking a little at start-up and cleared. I'm worried that your catalyctic converter may have became seriously clogged if you had volumes of oil coming out of the motor. This will cause poor performance and worst case scenerio, could cause the vechicle(cat conv.and floorboards) to catch fire! You might want to have it checked out.
