Loss of power steering

could be the pump , you can do a backyard test by crimping off the high pressure line momentarily to see if fluid spits back out of the pump , you would need to take the cap off before trying this
ive seen pump shaft sheer internally , so the pump pulley moves but the pump isnt pumping , hope this helps
