chevy 1995 5.7

i just got a chevy pickup automatic but when i puy it in park its like if it was in natural do i need to adjust the gears and if i do how can i do it..........................and 1 more question my turn signals dont work i put a new fuse in the fuse box but every time i turn the engine on it blows out thaxz 4 youre help :D
