My chevy 2001 sedan is showing symptoms of overheating. when i use the A/C the engine temperature goes up to the point of overheating. this only occurs when my A/C is turned on but when i turn it off it goes back to normal. the timing belt and the water pump had been change recently. the car has no leaks. the mechanic said it could be the thermostat, but i doubt it coz whenever the temp goes up the radiator fan turns on.
