2001 Other Chevrolet Models Frustrating electrical problems.

I have a 2001 Chevy Prism. Everything on the dashboard has gone out. The gas gauge doesn't move, the odometer is blank, I can't tell how many miles I am going because it doesn't move, the radio does not come on, the air condition buttons do not work, the turn signal doesn't dome on and the windsheild wipers do not come on. I replaced the battery thinking this may have been the problem, but it has not helped. I don't know what it could possibly be. I also just had a headlight replaced if that may be a factor.
