hey when i am idling my car sputters/misses once in a while, and i noticed that when it does this my interior lights surge in and out as well. I have lost a LOT of acceleration as well. What could this be?

bad spark plug or wire. when was the last time it was tuned up.

the spark plugs look brand new so i dont think it is them, but i have gotten a bad wire as a common answer to this problem. I dont know when the last tuneup was but I plan on selling the car asap so i dont want to go through all the trouble of getting a tuneup. Any specific wires that i should zoom in on?

replace the whole set, spark plug wires are very inexpensive.
