1992 Other Chevrolet Models V8 Four Wheel Drive Manual

Replaced drive and sensor and worked for five days than quit now won't engage at all.

the solenoid goes bad on the axle that engages it check to see if thee is power and if it works, youmay have to remove it to check. Usually it's a bad connection or solenoid. while you are down there swithc the front axle to synthetic oil for the axle, it makes t work better as well.
