you have at least 3 seperate problems. first of all check the fuse for the dash lights, its a 5 amp. do your running lights work? check the tail light fuse. if all ok check for power at the brown wire at the back of the headlight switch, if no good then replace the headlight switch. also the gray wire feeds the dash lights. your wipers. check for power when turned on, at the motor, if you have power then check to see if the motor is grounded.. the ground for the motor is through the motor itself. a lot of times the motor loses ground and you can add a ground wire to the body of the wiper motor
