1977 Chevy Nova 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

when i am driving around 60 to 70 mph i hear this virbration and humming noice.. at first the vibation was very loaud and was sliglty fixed when i replaced the drive train.. then i had new transmision installed but i still hear thtat vibration when i drive on free way.. and i am worried that small viabraiton will damage my transmission since thats was broke my first one

Hi amartinez828. Welcome to the forum. Have you inspected the u-joints to see if they're tight? You might have to remove the rear one from the pinion yoke so you can move them around. Sometimes they will clank when changing from reverse to drive, and sometimes you will see evidence of rust around the cup seals. If you have replacement u-joints with grease fittings, adding grease may also push the rust out so you can see it.
