I HAVE 2-BARREL AND 4BARREL CARBS AND BOTH FLOOD WILL ENGINE IS RUNNING WHEN IT FLOODS OUT IT START TO POUR OUT. 4BARREL STILL DOES IT NEVER COULD FIND THE PROBLEM WE THINK WE STOPPED THE 2BARREL JUST BY PULLING IT APART AND RE ASSEMBLING IT SEEM TO WORK BUT NOW IT ONLY STARTS WHEN YOU DUMP FUEL DIRECTLY IN THE CARBS AND WHEN YOU PUT IT INTO GEAR SPITS AN SPUTTERS THEN DIES

You have dirt or something stuck between the needle and seat for the float in the carbs bowl, overhaul the carb, make sure the float isn't hanging up,I always put in a new float when I overhaul a carb,Follw the instructions and you should be fine, make sure you replace the fuel filter.Good Luck
