2003 Chevy Monte Carlo No Radio or Clock after jump startin

2003 Chevy Monte Carlo

My teenage daughter left the lights on in the car and it had to be jumped. When it was started everything came back as normal except the radio/clock and the bell that signals low fuel. I was told that it was the anti theft for the radio it would display locked but it does not have a display at all and there does not seem to be a fuse just for this...does anyone have any ideas?
