When warming my car up there is a gasoline smell inside the car. I crank the car and turn the heater on full blast so that the car will be warm when I get in it & when I get in there is a strong gasoline smell.

I have a 04 Monte Carlo and was noticing a gas smell recently as well...after looking under the hood today I found out that my fuel pressure regulator was leaking, might be the same issue.
