2002 Chevy Monte Carlo my car shakes

My car shakes when breaking at high speeds. And hops as it comes to a stop on service roads. I just replaced both from rotors 8 months ago and its shaking again...should I just replace the beak pads or do the rotors once again?

Verify the inner and outer tie rods are tight. Remove and check runout on all 4 rotors, if out of spec. replace rotors and brake pads as a pair. Ensure that there is no rust on the mounting surfaces behind the brake rotors.
